Kelli Lancaster brings over 35 years of experience in Career and Technology Education, with a strong focus on workforce readiness and student success. She spent 21 years as a media broadcasting instructor before serving as the Work-Based Learning Coordinator at the Anderson Districts 1 & 2 Career & Technology Center in Williamston, SC. There, she led the implementation of the Microburst Learning EmployABILITY Soft Skills curriculum across 22 programs. A passionate advocate for career development, Kelli was honored with the 2022 ACTE National Award for Counseling & Career Development Professional. Now serving as the Business Development Coordinator for Microburst Learning, she works with educators and industry leaders to strengthen the bridge between education and employment. Kelli is an active member of ACTE and SCACTE and continues to speak nationally on soft skills and work-based learning.
